This video demonstrates why I respect trailer drivers so much -- it can be difficult enough to navigate a large vehicle alone (buses, box-trucks) because of the distance between the front and back wheels, imagine the difficulty in driving with something heavy trailing behind you! And with all those loading trucks that might open their doors anytime. Especially love the curve at 6:20, really taking care that the trailing bit doesn't go over the white line, but not straying to far off. Just perfectly going along the line. Impressive stuff.

Way to thread the needle. Only took one UPS letter blown off his cart. Ran the city a couple of times, but at night. I couldn't have had better escorts. The boss actually drove semi for Pepsi in the city Ran one during daylight but it was only 10' wide and you appeared to be closer to 12'. Can't quite figure out how could you ran that during daylight hours but that's your story to tell. . Had to do a 12' wide thru downtown Miami one day on US-1. They put up barrels on both sides of the street and brought my lanes down to 1 lane, and I gently rolled every barrel on both sides off to the side for a 1/2 mile without knocking any over. My escort was proud of me. Have a good day.

Love the sound of that tractor! It looks like a Peterbilt tractor, probably running an 18 speed Roadranger. Love the Jake Brake! And so nice going down Second Avenue in my city, NYC! Reminds me of my days as a tractor-trailer driver navigating the streets of NYC back in the day. It can be a challenge, with cabs cutting you off, pedestrians jaywalking (I'm guilty of that!) and other hazards. And that's with a standard trailer that's 102 inches wide. This heavy-hauler in the video is pulling a lowboy with an excavator whose tracks are than the trailer, so in addition to the other things he's got to look out for, he has to consider his wider width. Nice video! Thanks for posting this!

If that’s a 335 you don’t seem to have enough axles for that weight. I’m figuring the truck and trailer weigh about 40k plus the 77k for the 335. That’s 117k. But if you have a 3 axle trailer then you should max out at about 115k. Are you running outlaw? Or does NY allow for more weight for a 6 axle setup? Just curious
