If someone has nothing to pic on, will pick on hand higiene or similar things. How to deal with OCD, is not the topic of this video. Normal clean home kitchen is not the hospital setting won't given permanent runs 🤔 but hands higiene is important. I do love that you are not opening can of taesteless and lacking in nutrission but ful of chemicals, mushrum soup. But making your own. I see canned and processed foods is so common in American "home made" recipes. You are outstanding mother extremely well organized. Your kids are really blessed.

I applaud you mom and your kids. With how this world is these days and these kids it's wonderful to see your kids in your kitchen with you learning instead of out doing God knows what like so many other kids there age. This is a life lesson and there able to take what they learn there with you into there own homes and do this for there family's as well. This is the kid of memories we all want with our mother. They will miss this one day and habe these memories to always remind them of how you where. When i was a kid I use to complain all the time about my mom making me help in the kitchen and now I'm forever grateful for her doing that. My mother is still here with me but one day she won't be and I have all the great memories of us together with my sister's in the kitchen and I make everything she taught me. This is wonderful to see

I have to say, I love this food prep so much because you don't do much the "easy" way. I keep things as healthy as possible for my family and avoid as much pre-packaged food as possible so I love that you make your own cream of mushroom soup and prep ahead things that will just make a healthier meal simpler "when the time comes". Thank you for making me feel like a little less freak for wanting to do so much home prep. It takes a little more work, but the benefit is 10 fold in our house! 😊💜

Thought you might like this tip (if you haven't already heard it)....when coating meats with flour, corn starch etc. just add the corn starch to a medium container....add the chicken a handful at a time and shake. You can lift it out with a 'spider' or slotted spoon but your hands are much quicker.

Amy have you ever tried chicken parmesan casserole? It is a lot easier than the breaded chicken and you can make it from leftover chicken. Shredded chicken, your favorite jarred spaghetti sauce (or homemade), seasonings of choice, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, panko breadcrumbs mixed with a little olive oil sprinkled on top. Spoon it out and serve over pasta. There are recipes on Pinterest if you think your family may like it. Leftover rotisserie chicken works great for this too. My family loves it .

just a tip.... you can use a large ziplock bag and put your eggs and chicken in. swoosh it around and then trasfer to another ziplock with your crumbs. swoosh that one too.you will need to do the crumb part in batches. BTW i do the same but i first coat with flour then egg and crumbs. then i spray a bit of oil on chicken and bake uncovered or freeze . chicken comes out crispy on the outside and juicy inside

I love meal prep... I used to make egg mcmuffins. package them and freeze them. Hungry people can garb one in am and go.. Much more cost effective. To get round egg just use a greased round cookie cutter with egg substitute. Toaster friendly Waffles another pre make for fridge. Love your show.

Thanks! Love these videos. I said this last time but we seem so similar! I do so much meal prep, one month shopping (same kinda stuff), make the same kind of meals, etc. so I love your channel and I’m so glad I found it because it is 100% relatable to me! Thanks so much ❤️ and what lovely daughters 💕 I do the same with the leftover cereal - use the food processor to blend it up and use it in whatever. We learn tricks don’t we?! Thanks again! Great video. My favorite so far!

Reminds me of my family we were 10 strong Saturday was our day for the big cook-off, then I had my family 6 strong and followed the family tradition. One exception I married a dairy farmer so not did we have milk, beef we also raised pigs and chickens, plus a half acre garden, fruit trees apple , cherry, pear, plum, peach plus strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Lots of canning and prepping meals. Thank you Lord all my kids are grown and I'm retired. God bless you because it's not easy but well worth the effort in the end.😎

Wow! I just watched some of your videos. 5 hours of shopping in one, cooking all day in another! You are amazing! Your cream of mushroom and chicken soups look better than the store bought kind, then making all that applesauce! What a day! I'm only one person and don't need all that food, but I loved watching your family make all the food. I don't have a stove right now, so I can't cook the way I'm used to cooking. Love you guys and gals!

Love the video and I love your freezer meals and your family is wonderful I love that your daughters were helping out. I've been cutting pork and beef and ground beef into containers for the freezer as I just did groceries yesterday and separating them and possibly putting seasonings in it so that when it comes out of the freezer it's already marinated.

Your daughter touching chicken looks like I did lol ewww I bought some disposable gloves at Sam's club and they have been life changing!! I have a box in a drawer right where I work and I keep ponytail hair bands to wear on my wrists to help keep the gloves on when I'm mixing with my hands (like meatloaf)!! I hate touching meat, flour and confectionery sugar lol love them!
