Greetings from the U.S. my friend! I absolutely love watching your channel for the cooking. Your adorable children also help! Being a mother and wife myself I love how real you are. You’re a regular on the go busy mom. You never try to edit out the kids disagreements or problems with the kitchen or just anything that’s not perfect, it’s normal. Regular everyday stuff that we mothers all go through, all around the world. No matter what language or our cultural differences, you show we all go through the same stuff. Thank you for sharing your very helpful cooking tips and management of a large family. I’ve only got 3 girls but I still use so much of what you share in my own kitchen! ❤️

It’s evident that you’re tired today but still have to whip up a scrumptious and nutritious dinner for your kids. That’s how great a mother’s love is for her children. ❤ Your greatest reward is when your children tell you the food tastes great ..oishi 😋! And yes, you should reward yourself with an ice cold Asahi dry beer 🍺 after all the hard work! 😂

いつもお勉強させて頂いています。ぬか漬けなんですがきゅうり🥒に塩してましたが、ぬかには、塩入れていないのでしょうか?うちのぬかも、塩辛いような気がして、漬け過ぎると、塩辛いのです。ぬか床は、自分で作られたのでしょうか？

ぬか床は買ってきたものを使っています。きゅうりに塩をしてから入れています。買ってきたばかりのぬか床は塩辛いですね💦 途中で、糠を足したりするので、だんだんといい塩加減になってきます。

엄마도 좀 쉬어야 하는데.. 저는 나물을 잔뜩 만들고 비빔밥 또는 김밥을 만들고 라면과 먹는 등 해서 식사준비시간을 줄일 수 있는 요리를 합니다 그래야 다른 일도 할 수 있어요
