We had ice on our windscreens in Adelaide just last week. We are in our 2nd week of holidays here and I can’t wait for them to be back at school. Well here in the UK it’s summer! Today, Thursday (18th July) it’s 20degs that’s warm as we’ve had miserable cold and rain for weeks. Hope this really is the start of some warm weather 😎☕️

Thanks Jeni for another wonderful video! All your fruit and veggies look delicious! Stay warm up in QLD. It is also freezing further south as-well! Just about to serve a big pot of homemade curried sausages and veggies (I put diced onions, sliced green beans and diced carrots in with the sausages when I was cooking the sauce). Sometimes I use jarred sauces and or sachets. Tonight I used a tin of coconut milk, 2 teaspoons of curry powder and about a 1/4 cup of a cornstarch slurry to make the sauce). It will be served over some streamed rice for dinner on this rainy, cold and freezing winter evening! Praying one of our fussy sons will eat it. Now just waiting for Hubby to get home from work! Please take our sunshine. 114° today. Sure it’s a very dry heat but I’d sure like rain once a week I don’t think that’s much to ask. Our fresh fruit and veg are good though. So a blessing is always to be had.
