The oatmeal was very good!! The 9 grain has more texture than rolled oats. It tasted like an apple crisp! They are growing fast. Feels like yesterday Ryker was a baby. 🌻🌻🌻

Good morning Katie. I just placed an order from Redmond's using your code. They didn't have the large container of season salt but I got the regular one plus taco, onion salt and garlic salt as well. We love our Redmond's Real Salt!!! I have a 25 lb bag in my Azure Standard cart. Usually get 10 lbs but may as well get the 25 lb.

I bake my salmon in a marinade that is maple syrup, Worcestershire, liquid smoke and garlic powder. OMG, so good. Just bake until it flakes. So many people overcook salmon. Should be done like steak. Med well. We love salmon, eat it as much as we can. Great source of Omega 3. I also take cod liver oil everyday. ❤ My bones need all the vitamin d i can get. We get very little sunshine here and if I don't get enough vitamin d, i start getting the winter blues.

I undercooked it and had to keep cooking- I’m learning the air fryer. Trying not to add too much fat to my foods while my pancreas heals- but I’m so hungry!! So far I’m tolerating the salmon chicken and plant based protein but my joint inflammation is back. Yea to the Vit D supplements- we all need that 😅 Hope you are doing well Minna🥰🎁🌻🌻

@@RowesRising All is well here in the north east hills. Wishing winter would get here. We actually still have green grass in spots and we sure miss having winters with a lot of snow. I am so glad you got answers to your stomach problems and praying for a quick healing. I can't handle feeling hungry that well. Makes fasting very difficult for me but I know it's something that i desperately need to do in order to lose this weight and defeat inflammation. Reading labels is about all i do at the grocery store, so I'm glad we don't go there often. My eldest son gets frustrated with me because I have cut out all his sweet snacks. Eliminating soy means no more milk chocolate for him. Hahahahhaha. He will thank me someday for this. So thankful we are blessed with some smarts. Seeing a world full of sick people and we didn't get this way for no reason. Now here I am trying to defeat a rotten sweet tooth addiction. 🤦‍♀️ Made a boatload of venison jerky today BUT the seasonings my husband grabbed all has soy lectin. Not happy. I told him this is it, no more. I'll create my own marinade. They even try to destroy nature's goodness with their toxic seasonings. LORD help us. Well Minna, that was a lot of ranting. Hahahaha 😂🤣😂🤣 Rowes family, y'all are so adorable, i hope you smootch Bodhi's cheeks right up. This momma does and my kid's have come to love it. Lol

Hello Joan, every day is a new day. Some days are better than others and we just push through for the kids. We lived in Suffolk, Bury St Edmunds in Peach Maltings nearby the sugar beet factory, then West Row on the River Larke, then on base at RAFL- we lived in 3 different homes in 4 years. 😅🌻🌻🌻

@joanmatchett8100 we miss it a lot. We loved living in the UK. We are still 2,000 miles from family back on the East Coast. We are in the PNE of the US now😅 But we plan to move to the South East later next year- South Carolina or Florida areas.🌻🌻
