My daughter was 40 plus 6 but managed to have her lovely home birth abd all was well. I was 40 plus 22 with that particular daughter. Back in 1994 they didn’t hassle me to come into the hospital so I had a lovely birth wheb she was ready. She was due on the 14th April and came on the 6th May she now takes after her mum . So don’t worry. Babies will come in their one time and are worth it . ❤️

I haven't watched all of your fruit leather footage, but if I don't make this suggestion now knowing you may do it later, I may forget what I was going to suggest. Short term memory issues! I cut my fruit leather with the parchment paper, and roll it up like you would find in the store bought stuff. It's easiest to roll the entire sheet of parchment paper, then cut the width of fruit leather you want. Some of mine got bumps on it, and I told my grandsons it was snake skin from a snake grandpa got, I was giving them for snack. Before I could say I was teasing, my 7-year old grandson excitedly announced he was saving his to show his teacher! Oh my! Of course I told him immediately, that I was teasing, and that it was fruit leather, and also told him how sweet it was that he wanted to show his teacher!

During your time off, consider pushing replays of past videos. Hannah’s birth story or something related to early baby days, a previous pantry challenge intro video, a throwback to peak early spring/summer to push back on winter doldrums, anything really. I enjoy listening whilst doing the "things". I am going thru a cupboard and found some spices as far back as 2013😂. Needless to say i am glad these were cheap spices like .79c that got dumped and containers to go to recycling. I had canned spiced apple slices, the juice was absorbed by the apples as they were on the shelf so turning it into apple butter this week! Funny timing. I just finished emptying my molds from the elderberry gummies i made today. I make elderberry syrup to have as a staple in my fridge for the grandbabies, which they love. Today i made a batch of gummies from that as i often due. Kids love the gummies and its such a easy healthy treat with that grassfed gelatin! Take it easy Jessica. Thank you so much for the fruit leather tutorial. My grandchildren love fruit leather and now I know how to make some for them. It is so nice to be able to give them a healthy sweet treat. I have made gluten free pasta and it turned out great. It took more flour to keep it from sticking in my noodle cutting machine. I free3 the noodles and cook them as I want them.

Hope this finds you working (labor) thru the beginnings of a new life. Those last days are very exciting, hard, tiring, and full of questions. You know, if anyone does. I love your channel! I'm in for the Pantry challenge! When you cover making other types of noodles, could you possibly show how to make rice noodles? I have lots of rice flour and need a way to use it up! I used up 2 egg yolks to make homemade Kluski (Polish) noodles which cost a fortune at the store. They were to die for!

My favorite leather is made with butternut squash and sweet potatoes mixed together. I like it best just plain, but my family likes it spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumkin pie spice. Sometimes, I put a jar of apple butter with it. Some people like it sweetened, but we don't ad sweetener to ours. Enjoy time off with your family and bonding with your new baby!
