What a Good idea to make yourself your Little personal side salad. When my First daughter was small, all I ate was baby-leftovers. I now learned to Cook what I like, the Kids can try and decide for themselves. There Is Always bread&butter, nuts and veg in the kitchen of they really don't like it.

Thank you for adding German subtitle. If I had not see that you burdock root (in German Klettenwurzel) I had not known to use it. Here in Germany you can buy that and other vegetables, for example lotus root, in the Asia Market, so I love to learn to one or an other if I watch your video.

You are brave to raise 5 children without nannies while feeding them home cooked asian meal. I've only seen westerners do it with their processed food. We used to have such beautiful families in Bangladesh before.I have 4 uncles,3 aunts from dad's side and have 4 aunts and 1 uncle from mom's side. Now every one has 1 or 2 children at max. Your children will thank you as your grandchildren will have uncles and aunts and cousins.

Shiso juice is delicious. Red shiso leaves: 200-300g Water: 1.5 liters Sugar: 300-500g Vinegar: 200ml Lemon juice: to taste How to make: Wash the shiso leaves and boil them in 1.5L of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Remove the shiso leaves and strain the liquid. Put the mixture back in the pot and add the sugar to dissolve. Add the vinegar and heat again. Cool, then place in a storage container and refrigerate.

とうこママ､最近ご飯炊きの道具をもう一つ買おうと思って､子どもは中2でたくさん食べるため､今持ってる2合の土鍋だと足りなくなってます😅 とうこママ使っている炊飯ポットって､こびり付きますでしょうか。沸騰する時､コンロの周りに飛び散りしませんか。 炊き工程は､米洗って水浸し10分､沸騰したら弱火10分、それから蒸らして10分かな…今使ってる土鍋は､強火で10分で沸騰したら火止めたら蒸らすだけで､ラクチンですね。 ちなみに今とっても悩んでいるのは､とうこママ使ってる炊飯ポットと釜戸鍋で､同じ5合で､どちらかにしようか､迷ってます😢 お時間のある時でお願いします💕

炊飯鍋は悩みますね！ 私が使っている宮崎製作所のライスポットは炊いた後のお米のこびりつきありません。沸騰時も鍋の構造上、飛び散らないです。作りもシンプルで、土鍋よりも軽くて扱いやすい、というのが決めてです。 ウルシヤマ金属工業のは、昔ながらのお釜焚き！！ですね😊素敵！ あとは、収納場所との相談でしょうか🍙
