ORGANIZING & HOMEMADE OREOS!

Welcome back everyone! Today I get the bug to organize things, but it doesn't last too long! I still want to do a huge reset and deep clean/organize on our next school break! I also make "homemade Oreos" although they taste nothing like Oreos, just a chocolate cookie with a cream filling, but they are delicious!
homemade oreos:
chocolate cookies:
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c Hershey's special dark cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
*whisk
in another bowl:
1/2 c melted butter
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
*cream together
*then add
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk
*beat
*add dry to wet & mix
*scoop about 1 tbsp of dough onto cookie sheet & press down
*bake 350 for 6-7 min
*let cool 3 min then transfer to wire rack
for filling:
1/3 c butter
1/3 c coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tsp milk
2 c powdered sugar
*mix
*scoop into middle of cookies & make a sandwich

My youngest son was the littlest in his class. Then in 9th grade he grew so rapidly he would cry because he was growing so rapidly. I took him to the doctor of course and he told me that he was growing so fast his joints were very inflamed. Poor baby he hurt so bad. Now he is over 6 feet and healthy❤

Good morning Tiffany my youngest son is like Wilder he was wearing a size 8 -10 when he was 13 now he is 17 and wears a mens large. I have been cleaning alot too we are getting a new sectional couch on tuesday and I need to clean out the shed so I can put the old sectional out there until I can get someone to haul it away. But now I am thinking if I am going to have someone haul stuff away I want them to haul all the stuff away so I am going through all the things because it has my anxiety going through the roof. I am going to have to try the Oreo recipe i actually have the hersheys dark cocoa powder. Look at Ashlyn being extra smart and coming up with the mason jar idea way to go Ash I will use a mason jar to make mine. I love my mornings with you all. Now I have figure out what we are eating for dinner today. I hope you have a great day!
