Your home day care program does not have to be described as "little!" Your program may be smaller in size, but it could be delivering excellent, high quality, high value services just as much as larger center corporations! Expand WHEN you're ready financially AND mentally lol. Dealing with all these children and families is no joke.

Anyone have advice on starting with your first commercial space? I've watched the videos, but I think fear keeps making me question all sorts of things. In particular-is the money coming out of pocket for furnishing rooms and materials? I know it's a big leap to be prepared for either way, but in my mind I feel like that could get super expensive especially if I am not generating any income while preparing the commercial site. Any tips here???

Consider getting a DUNS number so that you can set up business credit. You can purchase what you need with whatever lines of credit your business gets approved for.
