Hey thanks so much for all the support first off! Ty for watching. I talk to the builder agents daily, and as of now yes they are going to continue to pay realtors for the time being. As things change I will keep viewers updated!

I’m thinking about buying this with 500K. Will that be enough? You mentioned it costly 570K with all the upgrades. I was hoping to only upgrade the ceiling to 9 feet and laminate the floors.
