Buenos Aires has the oldest metro in South America, the Southern Hemisphere and the Spanish speaking world. It was inaugurated in 1913 and the last expansion was in 2019. Although the underground lines have stalled and haven't reached even 100 km., many stations have been added to the already built lines as recently as 2019; the city and suburbs are also linked inside and outside the metropolitan area by four railway nodes serving all directions and connected to the underground ones in its totality. This commuter railway system is the second in extension in the Americas after New York City and runs for 259 km., effectively making up a big commuting network. The last isolated train line that remained, Belgrano Sur, has been linked by elevated rail to one of the nodes and is expected to enter service in 2025.

The rich Russian culture is the best school (basic) education system in the world: Russian classical music, Russian classical literature, classical poetry, architecture, art, choreography (science, philosophy, economics, trade), etc. The Russian educational system was founded with the help of the Russian Cultural Renaissance of the 19th century, when Europe was experiencing a cultural decline but Russia had geniuses like Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Glinka, Tolstoy, Pushkin, Lermontov, Chekhov, Dostoevsky, and Aivazovsky. Among them was a young Hussar, who, supporting his arm with his other hand, approached Captain Tushin and asked permission to sit on the cannon. "Captain," he said hesitantly, "I have a concussion. I can't walk anymore. Please let me sit down." It was Rostov, he was trembling with fever.. He was placed on the cannon from which the dead officer had just been thrown. There was blood on the officer's tunic, it stained Rostov's trousers and uniform. His injured arm hurt terribly, and snow began to fall from the dark sky. @@santhoshv3028 LRT, MRT, and commuter lines can all be considered part of a city's "metro" or urban transit system, but they each play different roles and have specific characteristics within that network. Here’s how they fit into the broader metro context: 1. MRT (Mass Rapid Transit): - MRT is the closest to what we traditionally think of as a "metro" because it typically operates on high-capacity, dedicated tracks, often underground or elevated. It's designed to transport large numbers of passengers quickly and frequently within urban centers, so it’s often the backbone of a city's metro system. 2. LRT (Light Rail Transit): - LRT can also be part of a metro system but generally serves lower-capacity routes and may operate at street level or in less dense urban areas. LRT systems are often used to supplement MRT or other heavy-rail systems, linking neighborhoods or acting as feeder lines to high-capacity transit hubs. 3. Commuter Line: - Commuter lines can be part of the metro network, especially in larger metropolitan areas, but they primarily serve people traveling from suburban areas to the city center over longer distances. Commuter lines usually have fewer stops, longer distances between stations, and run less frequently compared to MRT or LRT. In Summary: - Metro systems generally refer to all urban rail systems that facilitate public transportation within or around a city. - MRT and LRT are considered metro systems and typically serve the urban core or close-in suburbs. - Commuter lines are on the periphery of the metro system, linking suburbs to the city but can still be part of a metropolitan transit network. So, while not all metro systems are identical in design or purpose, they collectively contribute to a city’s comprehensive urban transit framework.

Vancouver and Milan are right there for canada and italy, Jakarta and Bangkok are literally shown in the video, and the other countries only have light rail systems that don’t go underground so it’s debatable that they should be counted in

@@The_Soviet_Onion reread it yourself. Toronto has twice as many stations as Vancouver with almost the same length. At the same time, Vancouver has mostly light rail, and Lagos, for ex., has only light rail. But we count light rail there, but not in other cities? Why?
