None of these are really "probable" as the section off the video claims but they are conceivable - you understand where they could come from. But, say, Poland suddenly slapping some yellow into its flag? Belgium going for pixelated transitions between colours? Lithuania and Latvia doing... whatever the hell this was? Just why?
