I remember the time I restored an MTA4 S50 (8.19cc) and yes you are 💯 % correct they all come with the fuel delete mod. You put fuel and the engine deletes it within 2 mins no matter how you drive

This was a great nitro history lesson my dude ..one thing i know because ive been in the hobby so long that your info is always correct..Also MSJ was one of the very first aftermarket parts makers. They also made parts for the savage which i have great video

I own one of these, and I’m tempted to buy another one. I love it, and the wheelie show it puts on is very satisfying. The .70 engine only makes about 2.5 horsepower, but the torque it has is second to none. I will say that this engine is a total bitch to tune. If you can find the right setting for the mid speed screw, it’s fairly easy to find the right spots to set your low/high speeds, but if you have to adjust the mid speed again, you need to start all over again, and trying to get this thing to run right, you’ll probably have to do that a few times. Once you have it dialed in, it will run just fine between 50-90 degrees F only needing minor adjustments on the low and high speeds. If tuning isn’t your forte, you will struggle with this engine because it’s very hard to understand what the engine wants especially with the mid speed screw. It’s a ringed engine so you need to run heli fuel in it, if you run normal rc car fuel in it, the engine will chew itself up. If you want to buy one of these, keep these things in mind. Oh, and parts for them are difficult to come by.

Bro wtf I want one!!! Could you fit a YS YS 120 in it? If the block is the same size? I have a YS 120 helicopter engine that runs great I would donate to the cause? Wonder about manifold adaptions and and if the engine blocks are same size? Only maybe be need to re think cooling? Because helicopters don’t have huge cooling heads but they have fans and fan shrouds
