This piece of Russian engineering was recently at the Chinese air show and was roundly ridiculed for being a sloppy joke of a jet, even by the Chinese, whos quality reputation isn't much better than Russian quality. Even if Putin intends to escalate by using more powerful, destructive and modern weapons, there is little chance that they will actually work as advertised.
