I reckon it’s the lack of empathy that psychopaths feel. So they can’t understand anyone being genuinely nice or caring because when psychopaths use it they do it for personal gain. So his psychopathic mind must have just assumed that’s what John was doing.

I don't believe this, I honestly think there is an instinct about people we have and I am guessing there was something about this Mark Chapman's body language that bothered John Lennon and Lennon was a person who was known for speaking his mind so he was just maybe trying to get a little information out of him as a self defense mechanism

"He's asking me is that all I want?" It wasn't strange for John. He enjoyed meeting fans and talking to them. This bastard abused that privilege and then stole it from other people.

That’s how a psychopath operates. They’re detached from the world in a special way where it seems like they’re a mere spectator, watching themselves perform actions. It’s a way of escaping responsibility in their mind yet also knowing they’re fully responsible and aren’t seeking to convince anyone of their innocence, see Edmund Kemper.

A dark irony is that Chapman has lived in prison longer than John Lennon got to live at all!!
@dylantheevillain4 ай бұрын
crazy isn't it. atleast his music will live for a thousand years.
@zappajohn10 жыл бұрын
I hope that Chapman understands that he is utterly unimportant and inconsequential. He is of no interest to anyone. People only want to know what happened. They don't care about his motives, nor is there anything fascinating about his Holden Caulfield obsession. He is a zero.

John willow Nobody is a "zero". He did a terrible thing and he'll be in jail for the rest of his life. Pointless insulting him.

I dont think he meant he is a zero as in looks. I think he meant he is a zero as in he's literally nothing.. zero

Courtney Burke-He was not proud, he is what pyschologist call a sociopath. This is a person who is incapable of feeling any sorrow for their actions. This is why he was so relaxed and calm as he was speaking. He is a deeply disturbed person.

What he was programed to do it.? Who kills someone that was a legend in front of all people and sits to read a book? Also according to the nurses at Roosevelt Hospital said that they cleaned his body and the wounds were in the upper left front of his chest, not the back! I don't know I wonder !
