People don’t take the true point of this story. It’s that he got busted 5x and just got lucky on the sentences. How wasn’t some Houdini jewelry thief, he got caught 5x. Following these steps you’ll get caught just like him. I’m no mastermind, well I am but still, robbing jewelry stores and not getting caught takes a whole operation. At minimum I’d say 5 cars to case the joint and a top notch make up artist to make you an old man. He got caught 5x in the 90s where it was 10x easier. I’m not saying it CANT be done today but I believe it would take a well funded team of people. The “other” shop like Publix would have ur car on camera. Traffic light cams too. Then gps has become so small something like a fake diamond can be a gps. The days of physical robbery is basically over. You need to scam now a days, like legit buy the diamonds and find a way to scam the payment process
