Many Filipinas are self conscious about their teeth. If you noticed, she covered her mouth when she realized that she was being recorded. They particularly do this when they are smiling. I would surmise that her teeth may not be in the best condition (at least in her own mind, because when she smiled, her smile didn't look bad to me at all) and she covered her mouth only to uncover it for a moment while she greeted Larry, smiled and he returned the greeting. I believe the greeting, because I could not hear it well, was something to the effect of "Hello Po". "Po" is a sign of respect and is similar to saying "Sir". As to why Larry chuckled, only he can answer that. If you also noticed, he turned around and again pointed his camera in her direction and she was still covering her mouth but at the same time seemed to be gesturing for Larry to continue on. Of course all of this is pure speculation on my part as I was not there. The very cute little girl, in blue, towards the end of the video is the same little girl who was at the beginning of the video, and they seemed to be in the exact same place.

poverty rate in the philippines in 2015 (aquino) is 23% while poverty rate in the philippines this 2021(duterte) is around 15-17%. malaki parin ang porsyento, pero at least ang laki nang pag decrease poverty rate natin sa 6 years na taon ni duterte unlike sa mga aquino!
