I just stopped cigarettes today and started Snus. I have very high cholesterol and dealing with some heart issues and I want to get healthy but quitting cigarettes is so hard and I can’t do it but this HELPED ME

I’m 20 and a smoker. I was using snus (not nicotine pouches) for a while when I tried to quite cigarettes. It was so easy compared to nicotine pouches and vapes (tastes disgusting and just not satisfying or pleasant Imao)-and I would have been able to stick to it if it was available in the uk. The uk is pretty wrong about this stuff in general
