@@sniperguyAZ these Metallica fan guys aren’t big into thinking. No offense- you will see some of the dumbest conversations ever commenting their videos (not the bands fault necessarily). They see the word hero and a bunch of letters in front say hey that sounds smart. 50 thumbs up. There is a reason I haven’t called myself a fan of these guys since I was maybe 12 or 13- this is it right here lol. Case and point guy who looks like he posted a pic from a party he was at 30 years ago.

I love how Hetfield has Doctor Who'd himself over the years. Here at 2:59 we have the Lemmy version of him, but before then we had the skinny/clean shaven/high singing voice version of him, where from 1996 onward we have the short haired version of him (which looks dramatically different for some reason), where Lars, Kirk and James pretty much look the same. EDIT: Jason, not James. EDIT2: I have two sons called Jason and James (not named after Hetfield/Newsted), I get their names mixed up all the time, I often say to them "I can tell you apart, but your names are too similar".

+@irisdantas861, I can't even tell if your joking. But when it comes to Lars (and no offence to him) but he can't handle that. I was watching an interview with him recently (like 6 months ago) where he was talking about James' recovery (his most recent one), where Lars said he was quite happy to not drink in front of James out of respect, where he said that James is a nice enough guy to say "go ahead, have a drink, I'll have Jack Daniels and Coke without the Jack Daniels and sit beside you", but Lars said that he didn't want to trigger anything in James to make him drink again, so Lars is pretty much Tea Total when on the road. I don't think Lars could be this way, if he took drugs in his past, when you quit drugs, you pretty much quit everything that can lead to an addiction.

Back when Kirk could actually play all his parts & kept his chops up. He was definitive for the time for metal, I agree. In the old 'Metallica' days. Now days I feel he just rely's on his whammy pedal to much. I love the blues feel don't get me wrong, but I feel it's become stagnant. I still love Metallica though & they are pioneer legends to the genre. 'Stay Metal.' 🤘
