My fondest memory of lamb was growing up on Long Island (NY) in the fifties. On Easter Sunday, we we would go to Church and the smell of roasting lamb from home would be on so many of our clothing.

Roasted leg of Lamb was what we had for Easter dinner at my Grandmothers house. I can almost smell all the wonderful things wafting from the kitchen. Lamb reminds me of Holidays with all my family and relatives when I was a kid. I wish I could share one more meal with all of them.

I love Texas de Brazile! They usually have another sausage too. I love the lamb too. I always get a hunk of goat cheese from the salad bar to eat with some of the meats or make the rolls into cheesy meat sliders. Usually when you first walk in, they have a flyer listing all the meats they serve and if you see something you like, that they didn't bring around, they will make it for you.

When my husband and I ate there last year the food was absolutely delicious! I loved the sausage and steaks. My husband liked the lamb and sausage. It was great meal for us and when we visit Las Vegas again Texas de Brazil is our place to eat!

After I watched this I went to the one in Orlando, it was awesome, I really liked the lamb chop, steak pecante and the filet. The salad bar was awesome too. And you have to get the chimichurri sauce for your meat. Great recommendation. 👏

Just went here last month we had a table of 12 and all of us said the food was great. Just the sides alone were real good. Even my 2 teenagers loved this place. Also the workers were real friendly. Next time i need to try some mix drinks.

Ok you learned from the last time. You flipped your cards over after each plate so they would stop coming. You were able to eat a little while the meat was still warm. Then you flipped your cards back on again for the next round of meats. The fat in lamb will taste gamey. It all looked so good. So many items on buffet I would have enjoyed trying. They were having trouble keeping that stuff stocked up because so many people. Wonderful video TY

I love lamb but that mint sauce doesn’t look like the mint sauce we have in the Uk 🇬🇧 It was a bit “glow in the dark” green. Very artificial looking. The meat all looked delicious though

Oh my, while the waiters were cutting the meat, my mouth literally was watering, and I suffer from dry mouth!!! Everything looks so good!! Try some applesauce with that pork...only way to go. Hahahhahahaha, your eyes bugged out and rolled when you tried the meat. Oh gosh it looks so good. Second helping of meat...mouth waters again!!! My mother used to make a leg of lamb with mint jelly every Easter....yum (too expensive to buy now). Ummm cheesecake please!!!! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Katherine and Derek. Lamb chops are one of my favorite foods. Many weddings serve lamb chops as a hor dove very wonderful. I’d usually take 2 right away. Best eaten medium to well done. You need any sauces either.

So I watched this vid because we were taking my daughter here for her birthday... the same young lady was at the check in counter and we got the same waiter for our table, it was great fun talking to him about the vid... after eating there i have to say it was more fun than i anticipated... but the best will be when you go back it think. our 1st visit i felt a need to try everything... liked some better than others... but, left feeling fat and over stuffed, My next visit i will know just what i like and leave feeling not so stuffed, lol.

Normally lamb is not gamey, not sure I spelled that right but lamb that is cooked right is absolutely delicious. It should be cooked medium rare. Lamb chops were my favorite when I was growing up and my father owned a butcher shop so it was the best lamb.

I've gone to Texas de Brazil in Florida several times. My friend told me the first time he did not like sausage but I tried them because I do like a good sausage. I said wow and said to him I'll give you $100 if you don't like that sausage. Now whenever we go he looks forward to having the sausage. You have not done the place justice if you walk out without suffering from meat sweats.
