I would pick Golden Steer because of its amazing history and atmosphere. I don't mind paying high prices for food but to have the ability to sit and dine in the same place as Frank or Dean adds a bit of excitement to the experience. Great work Marc.

Steak Tartar is delicious! That said, best steak in LV is go to Larry's Meat Market, pick up the steak you want and grill it at home on a smoking hot grill!

They changed the hours and prices since I made my reservation. Must've been in the past 10 days or so since this vid is the old menu. Social hour is now only Mon-Thurs 5-7, and 30% off instead of 50%.

Furthermore they've removed some items from the special so the online menu isn't even current. No sea bass for social hour, and others.

Not to be a beef snob here but I buy mine from a farmer I know. I still would cook that meat. In a restaurant there’s no chance in hell I’d eat anything undercooked or raw. I’ll pass on getting sick from food poisoning. It has to be med med rare. $150 for Mac and cheese yeah unless God himself made it it’s not worth that price. lol I’ve never eaten there so I can’t compare but imo the golden steer is hard to beat. Plus the history. Awesome video once again 😊
