Las Vegas businesses struggle amid Formula 1 road closures

F1 is getting too commercial, too greedy..two US races are ENOUGH.

Because bridge on Flamingo/Koval was reduced by half, my cab ride from Horseshoe to the airport took nearly two hours. Cab driver said it was better last year. It did not benefit the local businesses and put a strain on everybody else.

Although I'm sympathetic towards those businesses, the positive impact to our city is enormous. Las Vegas is now bigger on the world map because of F1. I'm not a die-hard F1 fan, but I've always wanted to attend the race at Monaco. Now we have our race right here in Vegas.

Honestly, the bud light sign probably does as much damage as F1 does. Lose the bud light sign and watch your business grow.
