Local here in Las Vegas and drove to Laos restaurant with wife and Mike’s review of food is 100 % spot on. The owner lady said even thought she didn’t know Mike but the way he eats the food with passion and gusto, just watching him makes you hungry 😂 anyway, the shop is gonna close after running for 35 years in August but she has a restaurant called Laos Thai street Food here in Las Vegas and offers the same food.

Born and raised here in Las Vegas and I’m so glad you’re showing off beautiful downtown!! There are so many amazing small, but mighty businesses that deserve recognition 🙌🏼 You picked some of the best places to visit. If you ever go back, Cheffini’s hot dog cart is a late night downtown staple! He comes out typically after 11PM, Friday-Sunday and he’s a one man show. He brings his cart to the front of El Cortez.

If you’re still there, make a right as you exit Encore on the way to Resorts World and you’ll see a place called 664 TJ Birrerias. The birrias are so good there! It’s my hidden treasure on the strip because everyone and their mom is at Tacos el Gordo and I’m having my birrias peacefully at 664.

I just got back from Vegas and I made sure I got to Los Arcos. I had the three taco combo with 2 beef and one goat. The goat was GOAT to me and the beef was excellent. Thanks for the recommendation Mike, a must visit! OMG it was wonderful.

Great review! Just to let you know for next time, the best time to visit Las Vegas weather wise is Sept and Oct, daytime it's 70"s and 80's. Best time to visit Las Vegas for hotel room deals is during their slow times in Nov thru Christmas.

I’ve had chicken before and few places here been doing new fusion with different laab style. Like, boiled chicken wing laab, chicken feet laab and pork belly laab. All delicious too! 😋

I love Fremont Street. If you're looking to do Vegas on the cheap, stay on Fremont. You can get hotels for less than $100 a night IN DECEMBER and if you want to visit the Strip, all you have to do is hop on the Las Vegas Blvd bus (picks up going each way at the Fremont and LV intersection) and ride it to the Strip.

Patty Melts should always have Bacon on them. Used to eat a Patty Melt about once a week in Marietta, GA near the Courthouse in the late 80's in a small Diner. He made it with a hamburger patty, cheese, grilled onions, and bacon on rye bread. I fell in love with the sandwich. I feel like having a Patty Melt without Bacon is so wrong. Love your videos!

I miss the Aria Cafe. They used to have red velvet waffle and you can ask for chocolate chips as topping and they melt from the warm waffle. Unfortunately it is now a Chinese Restaurant. Now I’m still looking for favourite breakfast spot in Vegas that’ll make me want to go back every time.

I always stay downtown when in Vegas. I normally go to Pizza Rock for my pizza fix. But, might have to try Evel Pie next trip just to compare the 2. Don't think you can go wrong at either place.
