What's up guys!
Welcome back to the channel.
It's been quite awhile since we've set out on our last outdoor adventure and shared explorations with you viewers.
That being said, another adventure was conducted, in the form of self-developmental skills. This particular adventure lasted 8 weeks, and looking forward to more.
That adventure, goes by the name of DAD Inc.
DAD Inc. started 3 years ago here in Las Vegas.
The team is compromised of well-experienced staffing, with all sorts of backgrounds ranging anywhere from military, to firefighters, and anything in between. Even if none of those career choices fit your everyday lifestyle, there's for sure something you'll be able to find in common with whoever is assigned to be your mentor, and all the other staff members.
DAD Inc. turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
At first, I wasn't exactly sure what I was getting in to.
However, after the second class, the tension and nervousness subsided.
They taught skills such as; financial management, communication within relationships, triggers/traumas in relationships, how to handle stress and walk away or take timeouts when needed, how to be proactive on downtime, and how to be able to say "NO" to old-bad-habits.
I am a firm believer that, "you are never too old to learn something."
I got out of this class exactly what I put into it, and then some.
Even if you feel like you've got the Dad thing "mastered", or need to brush up on a bit of marriage advice/counseling, this workshop offers something for everyone, and I personally guarantee that after finishing this class, something will stick with you and make you change the way you think about or view things.
