It sold for $1.6M in Dec 2023. One year later it's $2.2M? Did the owners buy the house to flip it after doing some work on it, or do the owners just think it's worth 27% more today than a year ago?

@@frotoe9289 600K in expenses were added to this home in one year. Yes it’s a flip home. The market for this area is exploding. Lots of new custom homes on acre lots. Land in Vegas is extremely high in demand right now.

The landscaping is beautiful, but the home is too "custom" (read : eccentric) for most buyers. I love elements of the home, and the lighting must be great, but all together and all at once, it is a bit much

I feel like the style of the home is all over the place , personally I don't think it blends in. It's a beautiful home, but I don't like the black and white modern accents on a Tuscan or traditional style. It throws it off ..
