Like the homemade pasta. Knowing they put that much effort into the pasta, you can be assured the preparation of their food is done well.

Everything look absolutely delicious but that veal Parmesan you could tell that it was tender when Catherine cut it I just went right through smooth as butter. I will definitely put this on my list as one of the restaurants to try

I have to agree, this restaurant and this vid really stands out. The food looked so vibrant and tasty. Well worth the price. It goes on the list of places to go post pandemic. Of course how Derek and Catherine describe the food is exemplary. One little extra bonus is that Catherine can also talk about cocktails, so we get an even more well rounded review while respecting that Derek doesn’t seem to drink. Talk about a perfect pairing.

Plugra is a European style butter and not that expensive. I use it and Kerry Gold and Finlandia most of the time. Always buy them on sale which seems to be often.

Oh my gosh you guys!!! Osteria Fiorella was full of surprise flavors. That squid was just grilled to perfection. I was surprised that Derek loved it. Who would serve beets with trout roe???? I will now. Lol. I love beets and I am soooo happy you two braved it and tried them. Your moodles looked so tasty Catherine. Simple but oh so yummy. The way you two describe the flavors and textures really brings your videos to lufe and the ootics on both your faces do tell the entire story. That Veal Parmigiana looked soooo tender and tasty! Great teamwork on this video. That restaurant has some unique menu items that sets them apart from the competition. I would love to try it. On the point of making their own pastas I wonder if they make their bucatini. That's a complicated process to get the hollow spaghetti sized noodles.
