Yes, these Vegas restaurants are incredibly expensive while most every Mexican restaurant anywhere else would charge about a fifth of what you were charged and been so much more authentic, but hey, it's Vegas.🙃 Always appreciate your honest reviews while so many other reviewers comments make me feel as if they are ambassadors for the place they are reviewing...

Lol $31 for a burrito! I’m a transplant from San Francisco I would never. I go to Sharky’s on blue diamond road they have a grass fed steak burrito for like half the price. Anyhoo as always thanks for the great review!! 😊

Yeah, prices were very high at this restaurant. A similar meal at a non-strip Mexican restaurant would be half the price so I don't know if I'll be making a return visit. Thanks for watching!

That chicken tortilla soup looked awesome. Nice how they added the soup to the fresh ingredients and had some decent size chunks of chicken in there instead of tiny fibers throughout. Good call on the enchilada sauce on the side. It’s a shame they didn’t cook the vegetables in the burrito more. Raw green peppers always seem to overpower other flavors in my opinion. Just found your channel and I’m liking it. Personally not a fan of buffet videos but these restaurant/small eats videos really show you where an eatery is as far as the items they’re serving. 👍

Looks like an interesting restaurant. Living in Santa Rosa in 2009 got to meet Guy at the local home depot, he was super friendly. Tried his Johnny Garlic restaurant there also. Got to give another Guy restaurant a chance. Thanks for sharing, nice work as always!!

I've heard from many people who have met him that he's a nice guy. I didn't even realize he had this restaurant in Vegas until I was looking up some Mexican food to review. I think it's just OK and would rather eat at his Linq restaurant personally. Thanks for watching!

Seen a few of your videos and enjoy how positive you are. I would just like for you to not like something and say it actually stinks. I rather have the truth if something blows so I don't have to spend a ton of money on it. If everything is good and decent, then nothing is bad. Thank you! I am definitely a glass half full person and to be frank, most food tastes good to me. It's a blessing and a curse lmao. Everything tastes good, but I'll never have a jawline. I think the most negative review I've had so far was of the Luxor buffet. I wasn't a fan of most of the things I ate there. I'll continue to report as honestly as I can, but we all have different tastes. Thanks for watching!

Love the large bowls. Would have been nice to have maybe a slice or two of lime to add to the guacamole. The hours are strange but the hotel is in transition

$6 for a fountain Pepsi, 19 bucks for a small cheese nachos, and 29 bucks for a pretty lousy-looking burrito. I think you would have been better off going to Chipotle, lol

This restaurant was reported as closed for good in August. Looks like it’s only open Friday to Sunday 5pm to 10pm on the Rio website. Hope it survives. The Rio hasn’t looked nice in years. They’ve really let it go.

Odd, it was certainly open 12/1/22 when I went to record this video. Yes, they have very limited hours. I imagine it's due to crowds and the Rio being in transition between owners. Thanks for watching!

I feel that the pricing is a little high. Ate there a few months ago had the bean and cheese not good felt kinda of bad paying $80 for a so so lunch before tax and tip

For less then 1/3 of that price I can walk 1/2 mile to a all u can eat sushi plus appetizers place right past the palms One of the better AYCA sushi places in town. Always go there when I stay at rio, which isn’t very often anymore

1st time viewer and I subbed 5 minutes in! Love your energy! The food looked pretty good, but the prices? This is Mexican food, very little waste in the kitchen because everything you order is cheap to make, and the same ingredients reimagined. I understand it's Vegas and it has a mid-tiered celebrity name on it but my god man! Now I understand why they'd over-boozed the margarita lol. Those churros tho! They looked sooo good. Look forward to doing a binge watch and seeing more of your stuff!

I see guy has a couple restaurants in pigeon forge/ gatlinburg just over the mountains from me. I don’t go because it’s worse than Orlando now with tourists and getting around, but I’ve heard good things and he seems nice on interviews by local people who met him. I use to love his show diners drive ins and dives back in what was it? The 90s? Yeah when it first came out. Time flies!

He's got some decent items at his Kitchen restaurant at the Linq. I did review Buddy V's recently and it was good. Overall it's really hard to pay these kinds of prices for Mexican food when the best burritos are $8 and the best tacos are $2. I'm definitely a fan of Tacos El Gordo. Even before they were big in Vegas I enjoyed their tacos in San Diego during my college years all the time. Thanks for watching!
