Yeah keep them noodles under the cheese and sauce or they get hard and crusty. Good tip on trimming the excess noodles hanging over the pan. I'm glad to see you cooking. I value your knowledge of BBQ and have enjoyed your videos ever since I watched How to Smoke Ribs Like a Boss.
