Simply put, this phenomenon can be defined as the evaporation process of impurities using a laser pulse - from almost any surface - including metal alloys, composites, ceramics and even paper.
With the right choice of power density, impurities can be safely and precisely removed from almost all surfaces. I think this is designed for indoor use. Otherwise pressure washers will do the trick 10 times faster.

Pressure washer will do it faster but also damages the wood more and more evrytime u pressure wash. Wood splitting chipping and any sealant will come off over numerous washes. Same goes for stone and concrete. Over time it will chip away and if there is a weak spot somewhere in the stone the pressure washer will definitely find it. Laser takes off the top surface with no pressure applied at all. No chemicals no damage to the wood.
