Hello, I have a problem with engraving rings with LaserPecker 4. When I engrave plates everything is fine but when I change to ring first time engraving is okay, but the second is very weak no matter what power and depth I put and it doesnt engrave at all. If you can help me I would be very thankful.

This result seems to have distorted the text, and a different font seems to be engraved (the font on the app is italic regular, whereas the engraved font is bold and straight). Are we able to use our own fonts or EPS files to engrave on the inside of rings at the same quality?

the first time i tried i got a mirrored engraving because i didn't mirrored the text on the app.. but now instead of mirroring the image (because i still use the old app and there you can't mirror images) i just put the rotary tool with studs on left when i have to engrave on inside... and put as in the video with studs on right if i have to engrave on outside

When using the PC version and checking my focal length so that the two red dots become one in the preview at the bottom of the inside of the ring, my LP4 is showing the blue line about 2mm right on the X axis from where the laser actually cuts. This is making my engravings not appear centered on the inside of the shank- if it engraves inside the ring at all. PC version LPDS 2.5.5 LP4 firmware 6.5.4 Any suggestions on how to get the guide projection to show the actual area it will be engraving.

Der Einstellwinkel muss so sein, dass sich der Vorschaurahmen auf dem Ring befindet und sich die beiden roten Punkte dann überlappen und auf derselben Ebene wie der Ring liegen.

Because the laser is fixed and the engraving direction of the outside and inside of the ring is opposite.
