Laserworld EL-230RGB [With Fog Machine]

This video shows a demonstration of the el-230rgb laser world series using audio-sensor mode, we are using a low-density fog machine in a partially darkened room.
The device is good for medium-sized events, clubs, private parties, etc... it transmits 230 mW in full-power usage whom we classify as "CLASS 3B".

Due to harmfulness, you can have lasting consequences! The laser should never be exposed directly to eyes.
For long-lasting laser beam projections, I advise you to adjust the lasers properly.
Adjust the laser to go above people's heads because the prolonged projection of the laser beam can damage the cornea.
If you want to practice for professional purposes, I suggest that you read the instructions and precautions carefully before using this device then you can program DMX scenes for clubs, parties.
Personally, I use two of these devices, they work pretty well for two years so far, praise for durability of the diodes and the quality of this device, also company that sell this laser gives you a certification and guarantee on diodes.

230mW is better then 200, and also LASWERWORLD have better int effect then cameo 200, this laser works perfectly with low-density fog machine for medium size clubs or home use. Thank you for watching

Hi, there is already dmx channel preprogrammed where you can set your beam to be a dot ( Without movements and in beam goes only in center). I have already mentioned it in comments here. If you mean only this effect: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZW1hYlumbiUqrM . (Low divergence, without section) Laser doing random effects and can't be set only working in this mode, you need to program it throught dmx.

A class 3B laser beam is dangerous to the eye at all times, both in the visible and invisible spectrum. Irradiation from reflections can also cause damage to the eye. Normally, exposure to a reflection from a distance of 13 cm with a maximum duration of 10 seconds is not to be considered dangerous. The maximum optical power in class 3B is 500 mW for lasers with a continuous beam. For pulsed lasers, the maximum amount of energy per pulse per surface must be less than 105 Jm-2. Companies using Class 3B lasers should take further measures to protect personnel working near these lasers compared to previous classes.

Hi Anne, Depens if you are using it indoor, then i recommend using low-medium density fog juice If you plan use it outdoor, then high density is recommended :)

Hi does this hurt or damage eyes if laser protection glasses aren't worn? I'm kind of interested in getting one of these for my apartment :)

This laser have low - medium spectra value of harmfulness for eyes. Every laser have their own intensity of light based on mW, there is no laser that does not hurt eyes. Answer is:Yes it hurt eyes after hour-two watching it constantly but have less damage to eyes regardless 480+mW series. Before using the laser, I recommend that you read the precautions, and for this reason to be sure of what you are using, from my point of view the most effective thing is to program the laser to shift the corners in as shortess time as possible to avoid moments that could damage your eyes or skin, the laser should never be directly exposed to people in the eyes

In the UK this laser is classed as 3B (anything up to 500mW - so this is at the lower end of the class) which is not suitable for consumer use. If you are using it in a night club that means that it should be well over head height (3m is recommended in case people reach up and are wearing reflective watches etc) and the lasers should not pointing at anything reflecting (e.g. mirror ball). Smoke machines make them less harmful, as they take some energy out of the beam and allow you to see where it is (this is my understanding anyway). Apparently some units are designed so that the beams that travel 'downwards' contain less energy but I have't been able to find out if this is true for this model. Its all a bit of a ball ache but if you read about the damage that can be done to your eyesight then it makes sense.

Had this laser for approximately 2 months and the green laser diode has already died. Used only about 6 times for 2-3 each time. Personally I wouldn’t recommend this laser. It’s great as a beginner laser however if you have the money I would certainly suggest buying a more advanced laser with better quality diodes. Maybe I just picked up a faulty unit but why the green diode has gone bust is very strange.
