If Frank can fix it, you can fix it, cleaning, and reassembling Lasko 20" tunnel drive. Please watch clips 3 carefully taking it apart is the same as putting it back together, just in reverse. Take out the two screws around the outer bezel in the rear at 10 and 2 o'clock. Then push down on the front bezel underneath the control panel, the front screen will pop right off. . Very easy, only two screws holding on the front bezel. Good luck

Thank you so much! I struggled to clean the front with cotton swabs and a small brush but was so frustrated that I was unable to clean the dirty blades. Those little screws were nicely concealed. Thank you for pointing them out!

I can't thank you enough sir. I've had that fan for years and could never figure out if it came apart. How many thousands of these get thrown out every year because people can't figure out how to clean them.

Frank is a ROCK STAR ⭐️ of mass proportions!! thank you Sir!! 🙏 ⬇️ Just like Christy Birling’s comment below... i was searched everywhere ( trying to find out how to take this sucker apart ) so it could be thoroughly CLEANED. when i told my better half about my plans - he URGED me not to take the fan apart. i was determined to OPEN the fan ( without breaking it ) and was not going to let the manufacturers user manual stop me! a fan needs to be cleaned... and a simple dusting, vacuuming and even power blowing was b.s. i was going to open this filthy fan come hell or high water. thankfully, YOUR VIDEO ( ❤️ this video ) did what NO OTHER ONES could! BRAVO!! BRAVO 👏!! even the Lasko user manual specifically indicated that this fan is not intended to be taken apart for cleaning. well THEY WERE WRONG and you Frank made my week a million times better!! you have my deepest and sincerest gratitude!!!

Grabbing the plastic grill with pliers and pulling just breaks the little plastic grill fins and it still doesn't come off. There is nothing to grab on the front grill to pull on it and the back doesn't pull off either even with the screws out.

Very helpful video. Finding the screws is the key. There are 7 with the 3635 model. I used the vaccum for the back of the motor. May need to take it apart one day to get behind there. The fan is good to go for now. Thanks again.

Thank you! I have the Lasko A20100 and the operating manual says only use vacuum brush attachment...and my fan is brand new but I already know that a vacuum is not going to clean it properly when it needs cleaning. My model looks like it will come apart just like this. So thank you very much!

My Wind Tunnel w/remote (Model A20700) does not disassemble as described in video. Six screws and the two clips need removing/unhooked to pull the front face off. Mine came from Wally World.

Here's an interesting twist. If you've removed the 2 top screws like in the video and the front of your fan still won't come off, look for two more screws on each side. And if you say still can't remove the front of your fan, check the bottom for two additional screws. My fan has SIX screws.
