A Lasko "Breeze Machine" fan model 3353. Impressively quiet, but the air flow is a bit short of a breeze. Perhaps "Draft Machine" would be a more fitting name.

I saw these a little bit when I was a kid. I always thought that the front grille looked like the Mercedes-Benz logo. It still does.

I've had a model 500 like this one since I was about 2 or 3. (I was born in 2007, right around when this fan came out). Still running strong, I somehow lost the little screw on caps that hold angles. I also found, that by removing the front blade cover the airflow improves 10 times or more! Like it is crazy how weak the airflow is with the cover on. Take yours off and just feel the difference. It might not be as safe that way, but its a plastic blade so it won't hurt you. The blade is very good, and the brushless motor is nice and strong. Unfortunately, the design of the front cover restricts the majority of the airflow, if only the cover guards were much thinner it might be a little better? Also, my fan has an older looking black wall plug, not the blue one your fan has, I wonder what that means? Maybe my model is newer? Or older? It's also much MUCH quieter with the cover off.

It should be a Model 500... I bought one of these new at my local Rite Aid (now a Walgreens) in about 2006 or 2007, and it's a Model 500. 3353 must be the style number, as Lasko typically did with their fans (for example, the table fans were usually 12Dx or 16Dx, where 'x' was the revision number).

"Draft machine" would definitely be a more fitting name. It moves a decent amount of air and it doesn't make much noise. I think it would be a great fan for working at the office or even for sleeping.

What makes you think that?

It's an okay fan, I had one but I donated it because of the poor airflow.

The flow is poor, but a lot of times I prefer a gentle breeze.
