at 24:17, Sean cleanses 1 buff and Haegang doesnt activate his passive, thats a bug.

I thought it was too, but turn prior he healed giana, while having 1 turn glancing. He boost himself but took an additional turn (proc) and the 1 turn glancing went away before he even healed.

No it only starts to decay after 7 days of no play
