Absolutely even though we did not know him or worked with him, We are one EMS family stuck together to help and serve the communities that we serve. I have been a Firefighter and EMT for 4 years and recently had in our area had to lay one to rest too. 25 year old Paramedic who worked for Mayo Medical Transport was on duty and had a cerebral hemorrhage. Its very sad to hear those last tones drop for last call. It just brings chills down your spine. TYFYS.

I hope to be a flight medic once I qualify for the national guard. I hope to honor Trey and everyone else who was onboard that faithful helicopter ride when I work in one. Heart goes out to all of his family and freinds. What branch was he in? The flight crew standing on the side of the procession were in blue and what they were wearing looked similar to Air Force uniforms. Don't want to make any assumptions.

Trey was an huge Mardi Gras enthusiast. He worked with Pafford EMS and unfortunately they were responding to a call and crashed enroute. I believe the cause was never released officially but speculations are birds caused the helio to go down. The story made national news in the USA.

The helicopter he was in crashed in Arkansas. The beginning of this video shows his body being transported through Shreveport, LA from Arkansas and going to the funeral home about an hour south of Shreveport. His body was then transported back to Shreveport for the funeral service and then to the cemetery about one hour south of Shreveport.
