I guess it's because I've had my fair share of really shitty jobs with really shit wages and know I don't want to do that the rest of my life so I applied myself. There will be a day when Ollie is working a shitty job and he will have a lot of regrets that he wishes he could take back, but it will be too late by then.

What does NOT happen is for a referee to put his hands on a coach or anyone else for that matter. That’s something you will almost never ever see because it’s BS. You don’t do that.
