Honestly a lot of these parents were neglectful to their kids emotionally and mentally then wondered why the kids acted this way. And then to think putting them programs like this changes who the PARENTS are to them when they leave is crazy. That’s why a lot not all but a lot of the kids didn’t change afterwards cause it was their home life as a whole not just them choosing to be that way. My mama use to say “imma put you on there” and I always use to think like if I go you going to cause my mama use to do me dirty even as a Child and then as a teen she met men who would violate me and blame me for it then she’ll put me out and tell people I was being fast and disrespectful but never took accountability to where she lacked in my life 💯💯 so I believe a lot of these parents lacked accountability for their part in the kids lives and solely acted as if the kids acted out out of nowhere and it was random cause they were such “good parents”.

That's true dude. It's a two sided coin tbh. Kids learn behaviors from what they see, who they're around etc. It's not ALWAYS at home, cause some parents really do try and sometimes kids lack certain things such as chemicals in the brain that allow them to control their actions. Some parents don't realize that tho, so they take these chemical imbalances as acting out and bad behavior. Such kids need more attention and more help. In other cases parents don't realize their actions have legit caused their child to act out, even if it's just the lack of adequate attention. Something so simple can make the kid do bad things to get their parents to see them, even if they're not wanting to be a bad kid. It's important to talk to your kid if their actions are negative, and ask them why exactly they're doing that shit. Communication is key dude, making sure that your relationship with your child is open would let them feel more comfortable expressing concerns they have instead of acting out because they don't feel heard
