They tiles are the granny flat's verandah! The outside cats sleep in there at night so they feel they have their own home- i've put sofas and other furniture in their for them - they love it! 😊

As a suggestion, I used to feed my chickens oats that I would pour boiling water over. Stirring a few times as the oats absorbed the water. Then I would sometimes add apples or raisins (whatever I had on hand) and then yogurt. Stir it all up and let rest until liquid is not running. I also would hang (drilled hole through the cabbage and inserted a long bolt with nut to keep it secure. Hanging with a bungee cord) a head of cabbage in the coup and let them peck away. Kept them occupied and busy for a bit. There's some ideas for you Anne 🙂
