Thank you Harvey and Congratulations on your recovery!! I totally agree with you that it is a lifestyle change both physically and mentally and in the strangest way Long Covid is a teacher to us to tune in to our true self and listen to our body. I am excited to see what adventures you are going to share in your new healthy life!! I have not recovered yet but am positive it is coming...slowly, very slowly!! Baby steps are still steps, right!! Stay well! ❤️😊

Have you looked into Hbot? I am starting to feel some relief (I take NAC and glycine to compensate for some symptoms I get).
@harveydann7015 Жыл бұрын
Yes I did a few sessions but driving up there made me relapse. So not sure if it did anything for me.

Congrats on the recovery! One quick question, I was wondering if you have had lactic acid feeling in the legs as one of the symptoms. For me, my legs feel like have been running for hours after a short 10-20 min walk.
@harveydann7015 Жыл бұрын
I fortunately didn't have that issue. You could maybe find someone who has on something like Reddit. I know there's a lot of people discussing symptoms on there if you haven't already looked. Hope it helps.

Do you believe that the fasting helped?
@harveydann7015 Жыл бұрын
Not in the way I went about it, but I think it would if I really did it properly. Maybe something that I will give another go.

How have you been doing?
@harveydann7015 Жыл бұрын
Hey. I have been very good. Still very much have some recovering to do. Raising my heart rate whilst doing cardio is still an issue. Played an hour of football on Wednesday and def over did it. Although can feel my body recovering extremely quick now. Spent a couple days in bed and will be back to where i was on Monday. Just need to focus on heart rate whilst doing a more controlled activity. treadmill is best, but boring. Gonna do some more update videos soon 😁
@jessemendoza2991 Жыл бұрын
@Harvey Dann That's great, I have been having the same exact issue. Same with doing excerise or sports. About 5 mins in, it begins to jump pretty high.
@harveydann7015 Жыл бұрын
@@jessemendoza2991 I’ve found i can get away with raising heart rate about 30bpm for about 15 mins without any issues. Going to just stick to that and raise it slightly each time.
@jessemendoza2991 Жыл бұрын
@Harvey Dann Have you been gradually increasing the time? Or you noticed after 15 mins, it jumps even higher?
@harveydann7015 Жыл бұрын
@@jessemendoza2991 I haven't really noticed a big jump, can get it to stay around 150 where it seems safe. I haven't really properly assessed the situation but gonna start really focussing on it next week. Will keep you posted 👍

NO offence but you are not sick my fried you have no idea how deep can go!!!
@harveydann7015 Жыл бұрын
None taken. I may not be as sick as some people out there but to say I haven't been sick over the last 18 months would be ridiculous. I'm simply sharing my story and my perspective. If it means I have to be more careful and live a more healthy life, I see that as something I could benefit from in the long run, therefore a blessing.

How are you now?
@harveydann7015 Жыл бұрын
Good. In the gym 3-4 days a week, fairly heavy weights and cardio. Sensitive to alcohol, caffeine and general poor lifestyle stuff but no signs of symptoms and making progress daily.
@jrman413 Жыл бұрын
@@harveydann7015 Great. Do you think you can handle those in a couple of months or so?
@harveydann7015 Жыл бұрын
@@jrman413 probably longer than that i imagine. I mean i could probably handle things like coffee and alcohol if i got my body used to those things, but it does still feel rattled from the whole experience and i think the longer i can give it being as healthy as possible is what's gonna keep me in tip top shape going forward.
