Don't have the GR86, but what you described is the same problem with my manual golf. 1. Took out the POS delay valve and the timing (to the grabbing point) is much more consistent. 2. For the pedal, no spring has the most natural rebound to the foot. Adding a spring masks the biting point even more. 3. I tried a throttle controller because of the clutch delay and rev hang. It introduces a new problem, it jumps at the last 5% of clutching out, it's pretty rough on the clutch and drivetrain. All the best to Joey and 67!

Hi Richard and Joey! I just picked up my GR86 a few days ago, and I'll say the points you guys touched on are mostly spot on. - Clutch feels terrible. It feels exactly like my friend's VA WRX clutch -- super high bite point, very vague clutch feel, and for me, super long travel that I always have to drag my heel on the floor... Not very confidence inspiring. - Throttle delay below 3000 rpm is nuts. Standing starts are rough, and again it takes confidence out of me as a manual noob haha. I'm super hyped that you guys are installing Max Orido's 感度MAX since I've been thinking about pulling the trigger on it. SO looking forward to your review on that! - Yes, 1st gear clunk is jarring. I find the shifter feel okay for now, although sometimes shifting into 3rd and 5th is hard. - I'm not into the throttle pedal positioning as well. I'm yet to really start practicing heel and toe, but the height difference between the brake and throttle doesn't give me confidence. Yeah, stoked on your mods down the line! Especially on 感度MAX for the moment!

新車一定要會換油啦，500一次，1500 一次，用run in motor oil. 之後至轉synthetic

Finally update on GR86! I have a BRZ, the rev hang is annoying… I think track mode is not fully off TCS, just less assist. Hold the off TCS button is for even less assist. Just pressing TCS is for fully off but only up to 50kmh, this function is for getting out of mud or snow.
