I built a Better Bleed Bow Build (0.8.4)
After lots of iterations and testing, I've found a Bleed Bow Build that I'm happy to share. Enjoy!

Key Notes:
1. Channel Flurry feels good with Reign of Winter. If you don't have one, I would level with Puncture + Bleed Detonating Arrow.
2. Xithara's Amulet is sweet, but ultimately unnecessary. 550k DPS and 6.9 million Bleed Pops, you can afford to drop the amulet for Aurora's.
3. Woven Flesh with LP is S Tier on Marksman. Suffixes are a hassle.
4. Attack Speed Idols ("Tense" Prefix) have a wide roll from 7 to 20. Look for good ones.

Why Crit Vulnerability?
- Because we gain life on crit, and this is the best way to get the crits.
Why Crit Multi?
- "Salt the Wound" unique gloves, they convert crit multi into Bleed Effect, which is a "more" multiplier.
Isn't "Coated Blades" rough on the mana?
- You only pay the mana once for the entire duration of the channel. Puncture gives huge mana-on-hit, so it's not a hassle at all.

The Flurry version is the same, but after the attack speed nerf to channelled flurry, its just solid, not OP. The nerf made it so that attack speed scaled linearly.... because it had been scaling quadratically for a while. BUT in 0.9, Detonating Arrow has new More Dmg Nodes on the skill tree that apply specifically to Damage Over Time, which is exactly what you want. I'm happy to recommend Bleed Detonating Arrow going into 0.9.

Unspec DQ, but keep it on the bar. Spec into Multishot with proc in Flurry and make it so an enemy can be hit by multiple piercing arrows. Stack Puncture buff that adds bleed to attacks, then channel Flurry and watch bleed stacks reach 999+

Hey, first of all thanks for the build! I know it's been a while, but I ended up on something similar but not quite the same as your build, found this and tested and merged it with mine and just had some input to share: 1. Before Reign of Winter: I actually went with Hail of Arrows instead of Flurry before I had Reign of Winter and would recommend it over Detonating Arrow! Go for duration and bleed and you can layer them on top of each other, together with decent attack speed puncture makes for good clear, also use Mutilation at that point to have burst on the bigger enemies. You can finish all normal monoliths with that setup, bosses take a little bit, but very doable (smoke bomb might be more comfortable giving more defense in boss fights than shurikens, but shurikens are way better for damage). 2. I highly recommend Rapid Strikes for Puncture, it allows to build the blood fury stacks immediately and rapid strikes will be back up, when u hit puncture again 3. On Flurry I do not go for Crescendo but instead the bleed nodes and for me it is more dmg currently (tested both), but could be that with higher attack speed Crescendo would win 4. And lastly I don't recommend using the amulet early on, since the health gain will be not as good until u reach high attack speed and missing potion health can be quite cruical until then (also it'll allow u to leech if u want to) and I lowkey agree that the amulet is not really required at all, but I get that you wanted to build around it ^^ Also on a noobish side note, this build taught me I can take points in both masteries, I always just assumed I could not take passives from other masteries

Any update on this build after release? I went blind into the game and decided to go marksman and just went with the flow and enjoying onhit bleed right now mainly with Puncutre, as I am still low level, so I use Flurry only on bosses or single targets. The build seems to have a lot of potential seeing from what you've done with it and I do love it, although that many uniques is daunting (tho I don't know how hard it'll be to get to that point). You mentioned that attack speed got nerfed in 0.9, so it is probably slower than what you showed here, but still, how is this build in 1.0 and any bleed alternatives? I don't like detonating arrow, though I haven't really seen what it could do in the endgame

i still have to understand why do you use that amulet :P the build looks very nice but it doesn't make sense while a rare can be much better (you have a 3lp good one, that makes up for the lack of damage). could you explain what i'm missing? Phys damage on full health is the only thing i see which can be helpful
