So nice that people actually are genuinely interested in people that suffer with anxiety, the past 3 months have been the worst of my life, can't go to work, can't even sit and talk with my missus that I've been with 18 years , I'm hiding away in a room all day and night , I've got one last chance to go to work tomorrow or I won't have a job so tonight and tomorrow morning are going to be rough but I need to push myself to do it , thanks Yian for taking the time to support someone that suffers from anxiety it's nice to see , brought a genuine tear to my eyes 🙏🏻👍🏻💪🏻

Active compound in chilli is an extremely alkaline substance called capsaicin. To "cool" it down you need to reduce it's pH, usually with an acidic substance. Well done Scott suffered with anxiety all my life struggle to go out to work most weeks havnt been able to walk my dogs with my wife for a while even going to the shop for milk is hard feeling very trapped alot of poeple dont know what we go through that show looked super busy and you pushed yourself and more than likely enjoyed yourself (what was all the worrying for) 🤦‍♂️🤣👍

Reading your comment sound like my life , I've been off work for over 3 months now and every week I contact work saying I'll be in on Monday, Sunday night I can't sleep , I get. Up get ready but can't get out the door , I've been in my bedroom all this time, my missus is in the living room, I feel bad cause she possibly thinks I don't want to be near her but it's nothing like that I just can't make myself get back to normal, but I need to , I've got a last chance to get back to work tomorrow or they're going to need to take someone else on. But nice to know I'm not the only one , how do you get round it ? I've tried a lot a stuff but my mind just can't adjust

@@mrwilson7769 have you told your wife and your boss exactly what you have told me? If you haven't it would be one of those small steps I spoke about, if you have then what I have done when similar is to do a dummy run to work today. Put your work stuff on, drive to work as if it was a normal work day, tell yourself it's part of the process. When I have done similar I have rewarded myself with a takeaway or maybe order something online. If it doesn't work and tomorrow doesn't happen please don't be too disheartened , keep aiming for small goals as each one achieved can give you a boost. Please reply back how you get on

I'm 30 and never been for a job Interview thankfully I'm good with my hands and can make anything so I'm self employed earn what I can when I can I always wait for winter to end so I feel better in summer but that never happened this year so just been morbid and hot 🤦‍♂️ drs arnt interested so just keep pushing through good luck guys if you need to chat to a stranger who understands you can private message me any time

@@Scott-qt8rn after me and my wife had to give birth to are son stillborn at 41 weeks and 5 days he was 8lb5oz . nearly 2 years ago we have been numb lost and in a black hole so to speak and we both have only really started going out but it gets hard and we come back home and try to talk or work out why and how the hospital messed up it's hard man . Then I see other people like you and I'm like you got this bro and with help sorry with time and talking things will work out .
