You're gorgeous with or without make up! It's impressive how crews from these airlines, which are considered on top of inflight service, can manage being so fresh and rested with a perfect grooming after a 12h, 15h hours flight! Never flew with Singapore, although I've been in the country and loved it! But I flew with Korean Air and their grooming was just outstanding from the beginning till the end! I just flew from London to Sydney with SQ airlines with a quick stop in Singapore (not allowed to get off plane while transitting from U.K because of covid.) The whole experience was amazing. Plane was nearly empty but the staff were so brilliant and all treated us so well. Best airline we’ve ever flown with. It seems so strict how you all have to do the make up and hair the same though. Must be very formal work environment. However it does give the appearance of elegance.

Congratulations on your journey with SQ. I'm sure the time being a flight attendant while tiring but might have given you the opportunity to see and experience the world. I'm a pilot for VN and I seriously miss layovers and long haul flights. I also have a friend who flew for SQ for 3 years and tbh I am grateful to have the chance to catch up with her during one layover in CDG. What are the odds. The airline industry has been hit hard by the pandemic and causing people to lose jobs (either by laid off or resignation). Hopefully it will recover soon, and wishing you all the best in your future.
