the meaning of the small business hall's name is agimat(amulet) at(and) ugat(roots)..Fun fact, ube is a popular flavor/food here in the Philippines. We use the plant/root crop to make ube halaya, which is like a jam!

A nice ube drink, I would use 2oz of Vanilla vodka and 1oz of the ube cream, 0.5 oz of pineapple juice, 0.5oz of simple syrup, the white from 1 egg or 1oz of boxed eggwhites, dry shake then shake with ice, and double strain, served up
