Always interesting - but, being on the right tires/tyres is always important, and having watched many of your videos, your knowledge of the ring is going to have a big factor. (thumbs up) And, yes, I have been on the wrong tries at a track day - one lap, back in and change :) sideways at 170km/h was not nice.

Unfortunately, I can not drive my car on track - wrong country, and covid stops that. But maybe in the future, but until then, it stays under cover, waiting. I drive a Supra, and sometimes I see them on the ring videos (not often). But, some cool cars locally here in Japan - old school.

One minute in . . . and you guys look really great and I MEAN racing drivers, Tristram "of the Comments" and and co-driver Misha " the MC" . . . supurb chaps, superbly relaxed, in great light weight wet weather gear, and facing the problems - that every team must face equally. And WHAT A SUPERB day it looks on the Ring. Congrats on the car, drivers, and the whole team that normally stays in the background to help/prepare the car! Could you not have friends who live 10/15 kilometers from the track text you what the weather is doing near them to give you an insight on what it will be in like 5 to 10min on the track? Sort of like a rain radar but with live feedback :p Sade we did get a rained-out F1 race in Spa yesterday but better be safe than have some dramatic accident on track because of rain.

Question: On this kind of very akward conditions, wouldn't a "street semislick" such as the AR1's or Sport Cup 2 be faster? I guess it's now allowed to run them for not being competition tyres, but just asking purely what you think in case it would.
