GUYS HERE IS A TIP ON THE READING PORTION: READ THE FIRST 15 LINES AND SKIM THE PASSAGE WHILE STILL KNOWING WHATS GOING ON. DONT ANSWER THE SECOND QUESTION AND ONWARD THEN BACK TO THE FIRST QUESTION SINCE IT'S MAINLY ABOUT THE PLOT. Hope this helps, learned by my tutor

It doesn't matter at all unless you are a junior, the stakes are literally nonexistent for freshman and sophomores. If ur a junior than the only reason it matters is national merit honors society or whatever its called.

I think it's admittedly a lost cause to do reading/writing practice right now as a person who felt very comfortable on that section there's some stuff in there you just pick up from knowing the English language and how it reads, but you should definitely cram math now!! Take notes and write down your process for solving a problem cause chances are you'll find a similar problem on there

I'm the same, I usually don't study for writing/reading tests because I accumulated knowledge from years of reading nonstop. Math, on the other hand, is where a refresher is always useful, because I forget formulas and how to solve certain equations.

@@overthinking1843 not only that, while some of this stuff is grammar (I used practice test 1, most of the grammar stuff was very simple and most people will not need to brush up), reading really isn't a skill you can build up in a day. It takes a lot of practice, months at least. It's something that you can't really actively think about while doing if it makes sense

I had it this morning; picked up the booklet yesterday and didn’t even glance at it. The English portions were fine enough, and the no-calculator section was pretty fun (trying to see how quickly my brain could come up with the answer), but the part with calculators was horrid. I guess don half of it, I think. This probably wasn’t exactly the answer you were expecting. *nyoom*

Off topic, I wanted to know if the “Best ACT prep course” can really help know the content and hopefully improve my time management when it comes to reading or science. Hopefully I can get an answer because I’m barely having a 20 composite from you Brooke or any subscriber for the course.

We do go over tips for timing for every section. We did have one student combine the course with private lessons (2 lessons 1 hour each) and he took his reading from a 24 to a 36 which is the most dramatic increase in reading I've seen. You'll have to put in a lot of work though.
