@@starion2446 After its made in a jig you have to do quality control. this is standard but the product is usually cleaned afterwards to get rid of any oil or grease. This one just simply wasn't cleaned.

Cole T MTB IIRC it wasn’t his shop that failed, he just worked at some shady shop that treated him like shit, so when Adam has the means and need for a mechanic, he told Alberto to quit his shitty job and work for him. I may be 100% wrong, but that’s how I remember it going Also, he takes care of 7+ cars, all of them built for a decent amount of power, and two of them purpose built drift cars, pretty much by himself by what we’ve seen. I’d say it’s fair if he gets paid a decent amount of money.

A good way to repair headlights is with a soldering iron - usually you can re-bond this type of broken plastic just by melting both sides of the break then mashing it back together again. Add strength over the break (when cooled) with fibreglass bandaids or bits of wire and 2-part epoxy.

If you happen to break anymore headlight/taillight tabs in the future, be sure to reinforce it with some aluminum & 2 component epoxy. This will ensure that it stays for a long time and wont break apart in a couple days.. Just did it to my truck

You should invest in a good plastic welding kit, would be good for quick fixes on taillights and other miscellaneous plastics on the car. Instead of having to mix epoxy and wait for things to dry. Or you could use it on top of epoxy for reinforcing.

He's winding them down with the hex on the end of the shaft, not the nut.

When watching the video you can tell the power brace will work but you guys never had it lined up correctly on both sides and the "passenger" side was never installed onto the bolt hanging down which contributed to you not seeing it get lined up. You should really try it again and take more than 15 seconds looking at it.
