Awww ! That was awesome Jeremy. Your friend is really nice. I would love to see him again and this kind of fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants videos. My dad used to make poached pears for dessert and I loved it because he served it with CREME ANGLAISE !!! I know of vegan wfpb recipes of creme anglaise and I will definitely make some !
