Ive sat and watched this for almost 4 years at least religiously I wish my dad was still here he was a builder and would of 100% been a subscriber that would of watched every week Daniel makes us feel all the emotions/stress/anxiety/enjoyment when things go right/wrong Tv these days has nothing on the content provided through channels like this! Danial, good to see that there is still good old bander between friends, you and Michael the way it should be, unfortunately with the current garbage that is happening in the Uk. Regarding Terry, Daniel you are very correct in your assumption it appears that he isn’t very productive, however if you take Terry out of the picture or he is on annual leave you will be doing a lot of late nights, passed 2am, Terry is a seamless manager who is working underneath the radar, this is the sign of a good manger or a professional chair seater😂, next time you do his yearly 1 to 1 you should let us know how he can improve his performance within the company? 😳🤣🤣. We have a barrier on our weighbridge that can be raised and lowered from the weighbridge office. Vehicles drive onto the weighbridge and wait for us to use the traffic light system (green for go, red for stop). We hand out walkie talkies to each vehicle, and these are returned upon exiting the weighbridge.

Ive done a bit of events work, normally involving off grid welfare facilities and effluent tanks. Most of what goes in is clear water from the flush, which is why they fill so fast. Start by looking at your cisterns and the autoflush in the gents.

Yup on a site now with about 250 men at least, the toilets are a mess only 4 toilets and they empty it at lunchtime as a bonus. This problem makes for big stress.

for future Daniel, why not drill a hole in your sewage tank and fit the same fitting that the waste trucks use. that way you wouldnt need a stair case as you would be able to collect the waste from the low point. hopefully that makes sense?

Risks damaging the integrity of the tank, plus risk of leaking - several thousand litres of stinky exerts quite a pressure on the outlet and any valve.
