That 'pride' in a company comes from the top down, and can ONLY be passed onto an employee who shares that feeling and the bosses vision for the business. It's a credit to Daniel as as 'boss' but not to take away from the man with the paintbrush - What a team!

Episode 200. Hard to believe it’s been nearly 4 years of weekly updates to the business. It’s been a wild ride watching the business evolve. The new executive office, watching the volumetric fleet grow, having to see the artics go which was sad but necessary, watching Will start as the camera man and end up being an expert in control 4 automation, Tezza getting more and more comfortable on camera. You’ve come along way Daniel and you’ve brought your business and employees along with you. Heres to the 200 milestone! Lookin forward to the episodes to come.

Nothing happens overnight and obviously plans change all the time, but the new yard means a blank canvas so as you've already started placing things, you'll have more ideas and will no doubt think of different ways to be more efficient as you build this yard up - I can't wait to see the progress! Stacking the containers like that, maybe a little wider, then putting a roof in between is the most efficient way to make a dry work area, like the one you had for the tire man or townie. But you wouldn't have to waste all the extra scaffolding to create the same space, while conserving space, which is not abundant with useless things like trains that sit and collect dust. Looking forward to the next 200!

Id recommend a magnetic attachment on the sweeper to collect any bolts/nails or rebar in the yard, would save so much time and money not having your tyres being punctured all the time

It’s Sunday I’m not in the yard I’m in Egypt on holiday watching at the side of the pool. I’ve watched from the very beginning and you have only got better and bigger and you will only get bigger from here on. The two tier/level containers in the final shot. Why not build a deep platform with stairs up and have a platform rail on level one which is on an hinge so the rail lifts up. That way heavy items can be forklifted up and on/off the platform and then pump trucked through the container doors and into the containers

Daniel, When you show the moving from the old rail site to the new rail yard, please could you each time display a diagram or photo of the whole site, with lines on it indicating which is old and which is new, and the parts you are talking about? Otherwise, it's a bit confusing just looking at equipment and stuff rather out of location context. 🙂 Am really interested in your yard setting out progress and looking forward to you using the new rail yard!
